CUSTOMER CARE
At Messymind Co, we want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. If you have any questions about our products, please don't hesitate to ask. We're always happy to help.
Our tees and sweatshirts are professionally heat-pressed on 100% heavy cotton unisex apparel.
Each apparel design is printed on order. To maintain the highest quality possible, turn inside out and machine wash cold. Hang to dry. Do not iron, use bleach, or dry clean.
SHIPPING
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail (First Class Mail for stickers). Shipping will take 2-3 business days OR SOONER (M-F) to ship as each product is made to order. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase from Messymind Co. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@messymindco.com and include your order number and reason for return. Please note that all items must be in their original condition with to be eligible for a return.
PRIVACY
Your payment information, contact details, and location of residence are only gathered for purchase, promotional, and shipping purposes in accordance with Messymind Co. We will not share any sensitive information at any time with any third parties whatsoever.
